CONNECTED STICK

This has been a fun project to generate social media traffic on the first of April 2022. CSL took this opportunity to imagine a slightly crazy, but not impossible project, to make the deception more believable. To be certain that customers understood the deception, the ad offered a free thumbstick that clearly represents the event. However, it still happens that customers ask if the product will be released soon... Maybe a future project?

Biometric Recognition
The joystick is equipped with a fingerprint scanner. now only you will be able to use your controller.

Advanced health functions
A set of integrated sensors equips this joystick of a new kind:
- cardiac frequency
-accelerometer and gyro sensor
- hydrometry

Bluetooth synchronization
Connect your connected joystick to your smartphone. You can then follow:
- how many calories are spent on a game
- your playing time with statistics
- notification of break and rehydration recommended

For this project, the used tools used:

- Sketches to quickly present some ideas to the team

- Rhinoceros for the 3D modeling

- Keyshot for the final renderings
