1 – Where are you from? (city)
2 – Where would you like your appointment? – (At my current guest spot) – Or at another upcoming guest spot (please specify if you can travel)
3 – What is your skin tone? Fair, medium, dark…
4 – What is your skin type? Dry, oily, prone to inflammation or bruising, etc.
5 – What is your size? XS, S, M, L, XL
6 – Where would you like to get tattooed? Specify the exact area of the body, add approximate dimensions (in cm), and, if possible, a photo of the area
7 – Describe your tattoo idea: Style, mood, symbolism, etc. You can also include inspirational images
8 – Your availability: Give me the dates that suit you best to schedule an appointment
